Got a team? We've got a place for it. Bring an adult team into one of our divisions, or start a new youth team through our youth program.

Bring an adult team
For teams that want to play in our 18+, 35+ or 45+ divisions.
- Tell us about your team. Start by telling us about your team using the form on this page.
- We confirm your division. We'll confirm your division (18+, 35+ or 45+) and send you the steps to get set up before registration opens on January 4, 2027.
- Players register. Once it opens, each player registers individually in The Futures App (TFA) for their division and we'll place them on your team. Registration includes the 2027 player membership ($100 for players on a 2026 CABL roster, $125 for everyone else) and a signed waiver.
- Team fees. Team fees will be set at the November managers meeting.
Before January 4, have ready: your manager's contact info, a team name, and a list of the players you plan to bring.
Every player is a CABL member. 2027 player membership: $100 if you were on a 2026 CABL roster, $125 for everyone else, plus your share of your team fee. Paid in The Futures App. CABL is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

Start a new youth team
Start a team through CABL, modeled on our youth program.
- Pick your age group. Our youth program currently runs 9U and 11U teams, which play together through the spring season.
- Talk to us about getting set up. We take a development-first approach, with structured practices, game-knowledge homework, and games tracked in GameChanger.
- Coaches. All coaches are adult volunteers.
- Photo and name consent. Families complete our photo and name consent form for what we post. Photo and name are asked separately, and both default to No.
